The registration levels were developed to make the conference as accessible as possible to a wide range of attendees. NOYS does significant fundraising to provide different fee levels as well as partial scholarships. If you have a financial need, please email convening@noys.org with your request.

Registration include access to featured speakers and panelists, transportation equity learning sessions, interactive break-out sessions, and networking events. Meals included: Welcome Reception, morning and afternoon networking refreshment breaks, and discounted coupons for local area restaurants.
Attendees under the age of 18 are required to have a chaperone register and attend NYTEC (NOYS is unable to provide chaperones). All participants are required to register and pay all applicable registration fees including chaperones, guests, presenters, speakers, and partners.
Registration for the convening has been extended to Thursday, September 5, 11:59pm ET NOYS will be unable to accept registrations after this date.

All registrations must be completed online (credit card). For invoice processing, please contact convening@noys.org.
Registration fees are based on your registration category.

Colorado Residents
Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has graciously provided free registration to #NYTEC2024 for all Colorado youth & adults who work with youth. Please select the appropriate ticket on the event page for this registration rate.

NOYS Convening staff and volunteers will be available for registration check-in during the following hours:
Friday, September 20 | 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Saturday, September 21 | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Registration Policies
By registering for the NYTEC2024, you acknowledge that you have read the policies and disclaimers described below and that you will comply with these meeting participation policies and the NOYS Code of Conduct.
Registration Transfers / Cancellations / Refund Requests
Registration transfers or substitutions may be made without penalty until August 28, 11:59 PM ET. After this date, a $50 administrative fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The registrant will be responsible for any price difference incurred for transferring to a higher registration type.
If you are no longer able to attend the convening, please email convening@noys.org to cancel your registration. Cancellations received by August 28, 11:59 PM ET are eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
NOYS regrets that refunds will not be honored for cancellations submitted after August 28, or for registrants who do not attend (No-Shows).
Refunds will be issued in the form of payment received within 30 days following the convening.
