National Organizations for Youth Safety invites you to support our 2024 National Youth Transportation Equity Convening to be held in Denver, Colorado. This wide-reaching event puts your brand directly in front of hundreds of youth from across the country and supports our mission of shaping the next generation of transportation equity leaders.
The National Youth Transportation Equity Convening offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with marginalized youth, partners, and transportation practitioners committed to achieving a more safe, sustainable, and equitable transportation system for youth. Youth will come from across the country, and they will be looking for partners that will help them reimagine and redesign their streets and communities.
We offer various sponsorship opportunities for this important convening. Our sponsorship packages, which are detailed in the following pages, offer multiple ways for you to connect with youth, partners, and practitioners over multiple days as they engage in a national conversation.

The National Youth Transportation Equity Convening brings together hundreds of marginalized youth, partners, and transportation practitioners to the forefront. The convening intentionally attracts young people who have lived experiences navigating our transportation systems and are deeply passionate about other social issues including food justice, climate and environmental justice, racial and health equity, and more.

PREMIER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
NOYS sponsors have a shared mission and in return are recognized as leaders in shifting power to marginalized youth for pressing health equity issues affecting them. NOYS convening sponsors receive complimentary registrations and extensive branding both online and onsite for the national convening.
Convening Presenting Sponsorship - $50,000

Content Track - $1,000 -$2,000 - 3 LEFT
Opportunity to select the content track that aligns with your company’s products and solutions. Includes verbal sponsor recognition and branding throughout the selected track.
Outdoor Tour Sponsorship - $2,000
The Outdoor tours provide a dynamic platform for engaging directly with participants in a natural and interactive setting. Sponsorship of an outdoor tour includes prominent recognition and brand exposure in all handouts. Select tours offer co-leading opportunities.
Registration Packet Insert - $300 (+ cost of printing and shipping)
Get your message in front of every convening attendee by including a special message or swag item in the convening registration packet. Drop a promotional postcard, discount flyer, or special offer in the convening registration packet to draw attention to your booth.
Graphic Facilitation & Animation - $7,000
Get the undivided attention of all attendees by sponsoring our Live Sketching Animations with logo placements on each page. The Live Sketching will be shown during the convening and sent to all attendees following the convening. In-person graphic recording is one of the most effective ways to engage and excite audiences through visual communication. Live sketching helps deliver more effective messaging and enhance the overall experience.
Youth Scholarships - $14,000
Join us in making sure that cost is not a barrier to attendance. Invest in the next generation of public health professionals, city planners, and nonprofit leaders by sponsoring the Youth scholarship fund, so youth leaders can travel and attend the National Youth Transportation Equity Convening. This scholarship is specifically designed to support marginalized youth.
Welcome Reception Sponsorship - $10,000
Your brand will enjoy prime exposure as the exclusive sponsor of the Welcome Reception. This includes prominent logo placement on signage, digital screens, and promotional materials throughout the reception venue.
Refreshment Sponsorship - $10,000
Your brand will be prominently featured during the refreshment break, ensuring maximum visibility among attendees. This includes logo placement on signage, digital screens, and promotional materials distributed during the break.

PAYMENT TERMS
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Sponsorship Payment and Cancellation: Sponsorship applicants agree to provide payment in full online to be received in the NOYS Headquarter offices within 10 business days of sponsorship sign-up. Agreements signed within 45 days of the start of any NOYS event require full payment within 7 business days. Space will not be assigned or held without the application and all appropriate fees. Payment may be made online by credit card or through ACH transfer.
Requests for cancellations and refunds of conference sponsorships must be made in writing and submitted by May 1, 2024. A refund of 50% of all fees charged will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after May 1, 2024. Please submit all requests to NOYS Convening via email at convening@noys.org. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to ensure the cancellation request is received.
Conference Registration: Requests for cancellations and refunds of conference registrations must be made in writing and submitted by August 1, 2024. A refund of all fees, minus a $50 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after August 1, 2024. NOYS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than 30 days prior to the start of the convening. After that time, no refund considerations will be made. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure the cancellation request is received.
A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the convening by submitting a written request to convening@noys.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
