Thanks to the generous support of sponsors and donors, NOYS and its partners are delighted to offer challenges and contests to youth, schools, and student clubs who promote safe communities and behaviors. Each contest offers its own set of incentives, and many include cash prizes. This is one way our coalition comes together to say a heartfelt "Thank You!" to youth who make intentional efforts to positively influence their peers. It’s also one additional way we support the teachers, administrators, and school resource officers who work to build safer school campuses.

The National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS) Seat Belts Save Challenge, sponsored by General Motors and the Gillian Sabet Memorial Foundation, is a four-week campaign designed to educate teen drivers about the dangers of riding in a car without wearing a seat belt, and increase the number of teens who regularly wear a seat belt while driving or riding in a car. The challenge runs each fall. Participating schools can win one of three $1,500 prizes!
