When someone experiences depression, it's common to withdraw and feel isolated. Mental health experts tell us, however, that reaching out and interacting with other people is one of the most important things you can do. When depression hits, where do you go?
What You Can Do
This campaign explores ways to reach out and ask for help even when you feel depressed. You're invited to tell your own story or the story of a person you know, the story of the struggle inherent in mental illness, and end with a call to action: When you start to withdraw, here is one thing you can do to get help. Pick one of the resources from the list below and include it as the last frame on your video or the last slide in your photo series.
