Hilda Crespo is Vice President, Public Policy and Federal Regulations for ASPIRA Association, Inc. and Immediate Past President of the NOYS Board of Directors. Hilda has been a member and leader at NOYS since our inception!
Anne Marie Hayes
Anne Marie Hayes is Founder and President of the Teens Learn to Drive Foundation and Secretary for the NOYS Board of Directors. She is the author of 3 Keys to Keeping Your Teen Alive, an interactive manual for parents and their learning drivers, and the creator of The Sweet Life Road Show, a highly interactive safe driving event that is available to high schools, free of charge. Anne Marie is a former teacher, corporate trainer, associate professor, and national sales manager.
Amy Kulp, BSW, M.S., is Deputy Director of the American Association of Suicidology (AAS) and Director of the National Center for the Prevention of Youth Suicide, a program of AAS. Amy has been working in the fields of crisis intervention and suicide prevention/awareness for over 25 years. She collaborates with youth organizations and individuals to promote best practices for teen suicide prevention including safe messaging, warning signs, risk factors, and appropriate resources.
Nina Jo Saint
NOYS Board Member
Nina Jo Saint is Executive Director for The Foundation for Safe Driving and Education Director for SafeWay Driving. She serves with many other organizations and associations as well, including the Driver Education and Training Administrators, Association of National Stakeholders in Traffic Safety Education, American Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association, Driving School Association of the Americas, Texas Chapter of National Association for Multicultural Education, and the Texas Motorcycle Safety Coalition. She has served as a Technical Assessment Team member for NHTSA's Technical Assessments of the Driver Education Programs in Oregon, Vermont, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, and North Dakota. Nina is also PhD student at Texas A&M University in the Department of Teaching, Learning and Culture, with an emphasis in Culture and Curriculum.
Judith Tindall, PhD
Dr. Judy Tindall is President of the National Association of Peer Program Professionals, and Vice President & Treasurer of the NOYS Board of Directors. Judy is a licensed psychologist and consultant. She has written several books, appeared on radio and TV, and participated in the Bullying Summit in Washington, DC. Judy has assisted organizations on a wide variety of topics including crisis management, peer helping, team building, conflict management, highway traffic safety strategic planning, community building, leadership development, communication skills, TQM, stress management, violence prevention, bullying prevention, sexual harassment, diversity, Wellness in the Workplace, and MBTI®.
