NASBHC is currently searching for a Program Manager to aid in training,
product development, and project management.

Training and Product Development
Develop and deliver training related to all aspects of school-based
health care including school mental health.
Develop and deliver national, state, regional, and web-based
conference(s)/ trainings related to the school-based healthcare, school
mental health and education fields.
Participate in the continuous monitoring of school-based health care
field to guide program/product decisions.
Monitor and respond to email/phone/list serve requests for
information on school based health and school mental health.
Project Management
Shares responsibility for development of annual work plans with
milestones/benchmarks to measure progress
Shares responsibility for staffing NASBHC advisory panels and
workgroups
Supports Training Director and Director of School Mental Health with
grants management activities including preparation of requisite financial
and program reports to funders, budget monitoring, and research of emerging
grant opportunities.
Participate in assigned organizational committees and shared work
Education/Skills/Experience
Masters degree in related field required, mental health background
preferred
Five to ten years combined project management and training
experience
Excellent oral, written, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in development of web-based resources, tools, and
learning applications
Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a
project team
Experience working with minority and underserved communities
Experience working with schools and/or education agencies, school
based health center experience preferred
